The Telegraph has recently published a list of some of the jobs which cause the most fatalities and injuries in the UK.

- Estate agent
The fact is that workers can find themselves injured in all manner of different jobs, in all manner of circumstances.
Over the last ten years or so I have acted for victims who have suffered injuries doing all the jobs listed above (except perhaps librarian!). As a result of this huge variety, it does mean that my team and I have developed a comprehensive understanding of many different kinds of industry and all sorts of workplaces.
Whatever work you do, your employer owes you a duty of care to take steps to keep you safe. Even if you are self-employed, there may be someone else who is in control of your workplace who may owe you a duty. Therefore, if you have been injured at work, contact us to discuss whether you might be able to bring a claim for compensation.
