By this we mean solicitors, trainee solicitors, FILEXs, legal executives, and paralegals.

We are always on the lookout for frontline file-handling staff at all levels, whether legally qualified or not. You are welcome to apply to us to be a paralegal or legal clerk. And, if you can, you can aim to rise higher. We are also looking for fully qualified staff and even partners from other firms to join us in senior and supervisory roles to help us to develop our firm.

We have scope to make use of your abilities whatever kind of personality you have and whatever your work type preferences are. If you have the confidence for advocacy, whether at employment tribunals or in civil trials, then you will find an outlet here. Our preference is to avoid the use of Counsel where possible. We like to keep as much as possible of the advocacy for ourselves.

However, there is no obligation to do advocacy and we also welcome those who find that too stressful. If your strengths lie in the running of files, the handling of clients, or in legal research, then there is no problem in focusing on these things and avoiding advocacy.
