Our no win - no fee scheme means that if you don't win,
- except where you have agreed in advance to pay expenses such as doctors' fees. However this is very rare and we would never incur any expenses on your behalf without first getting your permission.
If you win your claim, we will take a percentage of your compensation as payment for our costs. We have to do this because the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority will not pay for your legal costs in addition to your compensation.
However, we will agree the percentage with you before we start your claim.
