Making that first call doesn’t commit you in any way. We’ll listen carefully to what you have to say and explain your options in clear, everyday language. Then it’s down to you to decide what you want to do next. We’ll try to answer all your questions, but you’re free to make up your own mind in your own time.
We don’t like jargon
It’s important to us that you’re fully in the picture. That means we’ll talk to each other in plain English.It doesn’t matter if you’re not sure
Many of our clients are unsure whether they actually have grounds for a claim. That’s fine; helping you to work out your legal position is a major part of what we’re here for.
